• Refurbishment of all double hung heritage windows in the mill.
• Remade the sash windows with laminated glass, reattached the old weights to new sash cord where possible.

• Repaired the heritage window frames.
• Refurbished the original awning surrounding the annex building.
• Constructed mezzanine floors in both the mill and annex building.
